Crystallography-Jubilant Biosys

Jubilant Biosys has dedicated team of crystallographers with rich domain experience and delivered over 300 co-crystal structures across ~ 50 different targets, including kinases, epigenetic modulators, chaperones, apoptosis modulators, cytokines & receptors, and transcription factors.

This team is supported by automated liquid handlers for crystallization (including Mosquito™) and an in-house diffraction facility with additional access to Synchrotron facilities in Australia and France.

We offer Co-crystal structure determination of any soluble recombinant protein through X-ray crystallography using in-house X-ray diffraction facility, as well as accessing Australian National or Proxima Soleil (France) synchrotrons.

Our services include:

• Protein crystallization (apo or in presence of ligand) crystallization screening using Mosquito™ Xtal3 robot
• Crystal hit optimization (sparse matrix in-house grid, additive and detergent screening)
• Diffraction data collection using in-house x-rays (Rigaku Micromax )
• Synchrotron beam access (at ANSTO, Australia and Soleil, France)
• Structure determination
• Evaluation of electron density maps for ligand binding
• Structural analysis

The team has extensive experience collaborating with over 20 pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide, resulting in the following success stories

• Solved 11 novel structures and 5 Fab complex structures
• Delivered > 300 proteins for assays from ~ 80 different targets
• Delivered > 300 co-crystal structures for ~40 different targets
• Over 10 publications in peer reviewed international journals

We have published over 10 publications in peer-reviewed international journals since 2011.
