Jinang Parekh
Vice President & Head-BD, API & CDMO
Jinang Parekh joined Jubilant Biosys in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President and Head of Sales for BD, API, and CDMO. With over 20 years of experience in global sales and business development, he has been instrumental in executing licensing and sales projects across the pharmaceutical value chain.
He started his career at Claris Lifesciences, managing business development and sales across the APAC and EU markets while based in Japan and South Korea. He then advanced to senior roles at Macleods Pharmaceuticals, where he led business development and sales efforts across the APAC, EU, and MENA regions. Prior to joining Jubilant, he served as the Senior Director of Business Development and Sales at Menovo Pharmaceuticals in China, where he significantly contributed to driving global business growth.
An MBA graduate with a background in Industrial Chemistry, Jinang has extensive experience managing multicultural teams, expanding operations in foreign markets, and overseeing R&D team setups in China. His expertise also includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business development. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, English, and Japanese, Jinang brings a global perspective to his role at Jubilant Biosys.
