Dr. Arul holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and has over 28 years of comprehensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry holding senior roles at organizations like Syngene International, Piramal Healthcare, Neuland Laboratories, Unichem Laboratories, Merck KGa, and Ciba-Geigy. Dr. Arul brings a wealth of expertise encompassing the entire development cycle of APIs for Human Health and Animal Health. His journey has been marked by remarkable achievements, from pioneering laboratory development to ensuring seamless material supply for preclinical, clinical, and commercial usage.
Dr. Arul has spearheaded numerous greenfield and brownfield projects, establishing state-of-the-art facilities for API development and manufacturing of small molecules, Oligonucleotides, Peptides, Bio conjugation products, and High Potent compounds. His commitment to excellence is underscored by his adeptness in navigating regulatory landscapes and achieving stellar results in audits and compliance.
