The incumbent should have a good experience of working in organic synthesis laboratory.

The candidate should have experience in synthetic scheme designing, some experience of scaffold designing, understanding structure-activity relationships.

The candidate should possess excellent judgmental and decision making capabilities in terms of the project chemistry.

Thorough knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry, excellent laboratory skills, synthetic route designing skills, a fair knowledge of biology and computational chemistry is preferable.

The position holder should be able to guide and motivate the associates in the smooth functioning of the project.

Application development as per requirement documents, Unit testing.

The incumbent should have a good exposure to Servlet, JSP, JDBC, Swings, XML, Java Script & Ajax, Oracle / My Sql / MS Sql / Apache Tomcat / JBoss

In-depth knowledge on patent laws in India, US, Europe, and Japan.

A flair for research and reading and understanding of patent applications.

Fluency with MS Office.

Patent search in STN using MARPAT, REGISTRY, and CAPLUS.

MMS Search in Questel-Orbit.

Structure search using SciFinder, Reaxys, Thomson Pharma.

Advanced search skills in Thomson Innovation.

Novelty Assessment and report preparation.

Patent Landscape for therapeutic indications.
